Questions About Some Plz Accounts

I have a question about some plz accounts. I've seen some avatars that don't work, such as the Black Magician/Dark Magician and the Black Magician Girl/Dark Magician Girl:




This problem is not temporary because those avatars have been like that for months.  I sent a note to deviantART's help desk about it, but they told me that they cannot give the account information of others because it's private, so I'm still not sure what's wrong with those avatars. Does anyone know why those avatars don't work?  Thanks for your help!~ :D
